Class

Dress Code

Dance Discovery and Creative Movement:

Pink tights, leotard of choice, tutu or skirt if desired, and pink leather ballet slippers. Hair in a bun if long or pulled away from face if short.

Pre-Ballet & Ballet I

Girls: Pink leotard (dancers who are age 10 and older may wear a black leotard), Capezio pink tights (#3c, 7c, 8c, 14c or 1816c) and pink ballet slippers. Hair in a bun if long or pulled away from face if short.

Boys: White T-shirt, black tights, jazz pants, sweats or bike shorts, white socks and black technique shoes.

Ballet II & III

Girls: Black leotard, Capezio pink tights (#7, 8, 14 or 1816) and pink ballet slippers. Hair in a bun if long or pulled away from face if short.

Boys: White T-shirt, black tights, jazz pants, sweats or bike shorts, white socks and black technique shoes.

Ballet IV and V

Girls: Black, Navy or Maroon leotard, Capezio pink convertable tights #1816 and pink ballet slippers. Hair in a bun if long or pulled away from face if short.

Boys: White T-shirt, black tights, jazz pants, sweats or bike shorts, white socks and black technique shoes.

Jazz

Leotard and tights of student's color choice. Jazz pants or bike shorts and dance top also acceptable. No T-shirts or sweatshirts allowed. Black jazz shoes, Capezio #CG02/ CG02c or Bloch #SO403L recommended.

Tap

Leotard and tights of student's choice. Bike shorts also acceptable. Black tap shoes.

Lyrical & Contemporary

Leotard and tights of student's color choice. Jazz pants or bike shorts and dance top also acceptable. No T-shirts or sweatshirts allowed. Pink ballet slippers, tan Capezio Footundeez or jazz shoes: Capezio #CG15 Tan or black.

Hip-Hop

Loose clothing that will not restrict movement. Clean (indoor only) tennis shoes or dance sneakers.

Musical Theatre Dance

Leotard and tights of student's color choice. Jazz pants or bike shorts and dance top also acceptable. No T-shirts or sweatshirts allowed. Black jazz shoes, Capezio #CG02/ CG02c or Bloch #SO403L recommended.

Clogging

Leotard and tights of student's choice. Bike shorts, clogging skirts or jazz pants also acceptable. Clogging shoes.

Polynesian

Leotard of student's choice. Bike shorts and/or footless suntan tights (Capezio #140). No footwear.
